I'm on day 3 of using this product. Full disclosure, I bought this because of a collaboration with a friend's coffee line. I was fully prepared for it to be hokum, but I wanted to be supportive. I'm so happy to be wrong. I was in a slump, low motivation, low energy. For the last few days, though, my mind is bright and I actually WANT to do stuff instead of feeling like I have to force myself to. I can't speak on the other health benefits since it's early days, but the energy boost alone makes it worth it to me.
